Caretakers

Some of us will find that in addition to taking care of our children, we will also be taking care of our elderly parents. The extended family is starting to come back into our lives. Much like it was during the 1920's and 1930's, several generations are now living under the same roof. With so much on our plates, we must be very careful to also take care of ourselves.
